Due to the high transmission rate of the Omicron Covid variant, we strongly advise that you take a Lateral Flow Covid test before attending any of our performances.
If you test positive or suffer any Covid-19 symptoms you should then take a PCR test.
If you are required to isolate following a positive test, we offer a full ticket refund (except booking fees) or you may transfer tickets to someone else. Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another of our venues, after you have isolated. Call 03306 600541 for more details.

Under current government mandates, face coverings must be worn at all times within performance venues, including in the auditorium during the performance. This means we won't be able to allow you into the building if you don't wear a face covering. The only exceptions to this are for those who are exempt, those under 11 years of age, and when you're eating or drinking.

Our cast and crew have all had at least two vaccine jabs and we all take Rapid Flow Covid tests every 3 days throughout the tour for your safety. 

The cast and crew will wear face masks whenever in direct contact with the audience, however for the duration of the show they will not be wearing face masks.

For your peace of mind, tickets are fully refundable (including booking fees) should we need
to cancel a performance in these uncertain times when booked through our TicketSource system.

Tickets are also refundable if you test positive for COVID 19 and / or are required by the UK Government to self-isolate on the day of the performance.
Tickets are alternatively transferrable to friends or family members, or to another of our events, while you isolate.
